1. What is RYL2 Online Hosting?
   RYL2 Online hosting is basically helping you to host your very own RYL2 private servers, which you can create a community for you and your friends, or even the public to join the fun on playing RYL2 Online. ;)

2. Why do I need to pay for hosting a RYL2  server?
   All the RYL2 servers are running remotely on servers which located in Internet Data Center. It is not something like running the application on my desktop in my house. :D

3. I wish to have my own RYL2  server, but it seem to be hard. Is it so?
   As long you are willing to learn, it should be not a problem. Most of my clients are beginner and doesn't know much at all.

4. I got no experience on Linux OS, can I use Windows OS instead?
   All our server using windows :)

5. Where are the servers located, and the specification of them? 
   Please do refer to each respective pages under the "RYL2 Hosting Plan" tab on the menu.

6. Why Asia hosting, but not US or Europe? They are cheaper and better!
   Asia servers provide a better connection to players from Asia countries. Therefore, Asia servers are preferred to provide a lower latency and smooth gaming experiences.

7. Why the price of Asia hosting is so high?
   Unlike US or Europe countries, Asia countries' bandwidth cost higher and so goes to the hardware. Therefore, the cost is much higher thus the price of service is higher too.

8. Is this VPS hosting service? Can I have root access to it?
   Yes Sure !

9. No racist, but where are you from, race, and what language do you speak?
   I am a Malaysian Malay and staying in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I can speak in English, Malay, and bit Indonesia :P

10. Can I meet you in person, give me your contact number or call you in Skype?
    Sorry, but I don't meet anyone in person, nor giving out my contact number. I only deal with clients online using FB Page !!

11. How long you have been doing this business? Will you run away with my money? 
    I have been providing this service for 1 month  with the same name. Not planning to run away as I do care about my reputation, so don't worry. =)
